Homework is here to prepare you for the next class or review the material learned in a particular lesson.
The more homeworks I give, the more points students have the potential to learn. That said, I will attempt to keep homework to reasonable levels of difficulty and volume. There may seem like a lot initially.
As you enter your high school years, time management will be a vital skill. The earlier you learn this skill the easier it will be. If you have questions, please email me.

DUE MONDAY 9/10/07
Read text pgs 1-10; section 1.1 assessment #1-6 pg 10 (on looseleaf paper or typed; complete sentences)
After question 6, record the estimated time it took you to do the assignment.
If you have not finished your scientist drawing, do so for homework.
Remember that on Monday you need to have:
- 1 three ringed binder with paper
- 1 composition notebook (for lab notes, in class activities)
- 1 spiral bound or other flat notebook to use as a journal (reflections on classes)
- 1 pack of colored pencils
